registry compare computer selection

When I use the registry compare and select computer, it only shows one sub-net of our computers. So, I tried running the software on the same sub-net as the computer in question, and it still would not work. Is there a setting somewhere that I need to set for this application to see all computers on our domain?

Currently right now I'm just using the reg:\\computername to get around my issue.

The function we're using to fill that list apparently only includes systems that have file or printer sharing enabled. Does the computer you're trying to access have that disabled?
