What is data path when syncing two remote directores?

I want to sync 2 remote NTFS directories across our WAN and wanted to know if the data has to flow through the computer running BeyondCompare? I have 2 servers in two remote sites and need to sync data between them, but I don't want the data to have to travel through the 3rd site that is where BeyondCompare 3 is installed.

Hello,

Yes, it will transfer through the computer BC3 is running on, while transferring between two remote directories. BC3's copy command uses the same command as Windows Explorer, so you should see similar behavior.
