Minor shortcut issue

In "Customize Commands" window:
For example, remove the default shortcut (Ctrl+W) for "Close Tab" command.
Assign Ctrl+W to another command.
Apply.
Then select "Close Tab" command. Click "Default" button.
Apply.
Ctrl+W has been falsely "assigned" to both of the two commands, without any notification.
