Can't see Sansa Clip

I'm trying to compare some files on my main system with those on my Sansa Clip, which is visible in Windows Explorer. It does not show up in BC. I noticed it does not have a drive letter, not sure if that is the problem, and if so how to correct it.

BC3 currently only supports navigating to items as a drive letter (C:\folder), network share (\\computer\folder), or FTP (ftp://[email protected]/folder/). This would be similar to accessing a PDA (http://www.scootersoftware.com/suppo...zz=kb_pocketpc). You would need to find another method of binding your device to one of these standards to compare the files with BC3.
