Suggestion: elevate semi-hidden commands

There are quite a few commands that are semi-hidden - they don't have names on the UI and have no or incomplete mention in Help.

Examples include FC SHIFT+left/right, NumPad -/+.

I suggest they be given names, so to let the user assign them to toolbars and menus and to change key mappings as per the existing fully supported commands.
