clipboard time accurate to seconds

When comparing clipboard contents, I hope the address bar will display the time accurate to the seconds.

Currently, if I load clipboard contents to both sides in one minute, I might not able to distinguish which is which later.

nice to see, that this enhancement got implemented it in BC4 beta.
I use this method to get data into BC very often, too.
