Alternative compare tools?

Is it possible to replace the internal file comparison with a third party tool? For example, when I use SVN source control, I can use the built in version compare, or I can override it with my preferred file comparison tool.

Is this possible with BC?

So far, BC looks pretty solid. I'm used to Synchronize It and Compare It, but there are some killer bugs in Sync, and it looks like the application is being abandoned.

It isn't possible to replace the double click action in BC's Folder Compare to launch an external program.

It is possible to add an external program to BC's Open With menu. To configure an external application, select "Tools > Options" and go to the "Open With" section.

Once configured, you can launch external programs using the "Actions > Open With" menu.
