15075 Feature request: selection of workspaces for export/import

On Export Settings and Import Settings, please add selection of workspaces

With auto-selection of referenced sessions.

PS To readers wondering how to export/import workspaces currently given workspaces are not mentioned on the dialogs: they are included in Program Options.
