BC3: Portable, new, toolbars and tabs missing

I just evaluated BC3 today. Then purchased and installed the Pro license. When I went to use it again:

1. I can get only one tab at a time, but I have checked Tools|Options|Tabs|Open Session in new tab.

2. All the toolbar icons are gone, and when I go to customize the toolbar that command is greyed out.

I am new, but I have been everywhere in BC3 looking for a clue.

Hello,

Registering BC3 should not change any behavior of the application; it simply removes the time limit and does not alter settings or capabilities.

Could you email us at [email protected] with:
- Your BCSupport.zip from the Help menu -> Support dialog; Export
- A full screen screenshot
- and include a link to this forum thread for our reference.
