Context menu missing BC items

My Win7 context menu no longer has the BC items "Compare to...etc.

What's the best way to get them back, reinstall?

Hello,

First, back up your current settings using the Tools menu -> Export command. Then Uninstall, Reboot, and Reinstall. If they still do not show up, try rebooting once more. The issue is that a reboot is required for any changes to the shell extension to take effect, so frequent reboots are required for troubleshooting.

You might need to reinstall with Run As Administrator.
