Right-click Windows Explorer option gone

Hi,

Not sure why the option to 'Left compare', 'Right Compare' etc. have disappeared from my right-click options in Windows Explorer.

Please advise how to restore the options.

Hello,

Have there been any changes to your system? A Windows Update? Which OS and version are you currently running? 32bit or 64bit?

First, back up your settings with the Tools menu -> Export wizard. Then Uninstall BC3, Reboot, then Reinstall BC3. Does this help clear things up?
