Is there a way to set multiple columns as Key Columns at the same time instead of having to set one column at a time and waiting for the compare to refresh each time?
Yes. In the Data Compare, select "Session > Session Settings". Go to the Columns tab. Double click on a column to edit the column settings. Check "Key" and click OK. BC won't recompare until you click OK to close the Session Settings dialog.
