  • 16340 Data Compare multiple column sort

In the Session menu -> Session Settings, Columns, is Unsorted Alignment enabled or disabled?

If you are still having trouble, please email us at [email protected] with a pair of sample files, your current BCSupport.zip, and a new screenshot if they are different files from this screenshot. There might be a difference in whitespace or something subtle.

      Unchecked.

But Aaron, Now I see there's some source data discrepancy behind this and inspecting the BC screenshot shows it is giving a correct result. So, false alarm - sorry to bother you.

PS For anyone else using multiple key sort: re Help's "By default, the files are sorted by their keys before the rows are aligned." I discover that the files are sorted by their keys in order left to right, so the sort order may be changed by changing the column order.
