Data compare numeric percentage tolerance

We have a requirement for a tolerance on a numeric column in a data compare to be expressed as a percentage of the left hand file value rather than an absolute number. Has this been delivered in any release or is it on the product roadmap?

This feature is not supported in BC3, but was an added feature in BC4 (which is currently in public beta):

is this new feature not worth to be mentioned in the "What's New in BC4" or Change Log page for the beta Version? I couldn't find it ...
