x509 certificate comparison, anyone?

What would be your specific question? This looks like a certificate type, but it would need to be in plain text or converted to plain text to compare in the Text Compare session type (or Data Compare if column based). A binary scan can tell you if the two files are equal for any files, but wouldn't reveal the interior of the file.
