some 8-bit bitmaps not displayed correctly

I have some 8-bit bitmaps which declare that they only contain a 14 colour palette but actually contain all 256 colours. The image offset in the headers is correct and the bitmaps display correctly in most windows applications but beyond compare displays the image with an offset. It seems to be displaying the unused pallet as the first 242*4 pixels of the image

The BMP display bug is fixed in Beyond Compare 4.1.2.
