Why can't I drop a file on the Beyond Compare window showing the directory listings and get it to compare to the file I drop it on or the file in the directory with the same name? When I drop a jpg on it, it opens a image compare window with only the file that I dropped displayed. If I drop two or more files, then it compares the first two files dropped.
Another nice feature would be if you could intercept the duplicate file message that explorer windows open when you drop a duplicate file name onto a explorer window. I'd like to see options to compare the files and to rename the duplicate added. If you can't intercept the message, then make a Beyond Compare window mode that can drag and drop to copy, move, compare, rename, etc
