[IMG compare][RFE] lock offset

It's a wonderful feature that you have implemented that lets the user move the images with the mouse to match a possible offset.

But
* once you've found the exact position ...
or
* if there is no offset (same image size, etc.) ...

... it would be fine if there were a toolbar button that lets the user lock the offset, so that he/she can continue to move the image with the mouse for inspection purposes. That's much more practicable for large images than the scroll bars.

You can click on the left (or right) image and change the scrolling with mouse dragging.
