Good improvements with Version 3.1!

Thanks for these fixes:

- MP3 Compare
- Added support for showing character differences within a tag.
- Fixed playback of files longer than 3:37.
- Fixed "Swap Sides" so it updates the display filter.

- Folder Compare
- Merged "Compare in New View Using" and "Open With" menus and added "Open With Associated Application" command.

This one confused me for a while. I was used to the keyboard Alt+A U H to launch a Hex Compare. Now I have to use Alt+A O H and it will take my fingers a little while to learn the new sequence.

Thanks for the multi line display.

On text fileds within an MP3 TAG, some can contain large amounts of text. Prior to Release 3.1, only the first line was displayed. Here is a snap of the improvement:
