Hex Compare - longer lines, please

Could we have the option of lines as long at the window width, please? Here they are fixed to 16 bytes long, whereas my screen has room (and eyes have appetite) for three times as many. Thanks.

I don't know why it's there and not in the Options dialog, but the Hex "Session Settings" dialog has a "bytes per line" option on the "Comparison" tab.
