I'm comparing two binary-identical jpg's using "Picture compare" in BC 3.2.4 build 13298 under win 7 64-bit ultimate, and it shows them as equivalent gray rectangles with irregular bars in them. Both pictures can open correctly using irfanview, windows photo gallery, ie 8, firefox, quicktime, and directory opus 9, and have correct thumbnails in windows explorer. This happens on many but not all jpg's. Suggestions?

Hello,
The picture files detect as binary equal using BC3's Folder Compare content comparison, but when opened in the Picture Compare they display incorrectly as gray instead of the picture content? Would you be able to email us at [email protected] with:
1) The pair of picture files
2) A link back to this forum post for reference
3) Your BCSupport.zip (Help menu -> Support; Export)Aaron P Scooter Software
