Printing A Session from BC3

Hello,

That is surprising. If you generate with the plain text report, do you see additional information in the report that is not in the Printer (Print Preview) report?

Would it be possible to get a pair of sample files posted or emailed to [email protected]ersoftware.com ? A screenshot of the comparison right before generating the report, and then the report, would also help us reproduce this issue with the same settings you are using.

Are you using our Printer output and printing to your printer? Are you using the latest version of BC3 (3.3.3)?

Could you test this using the Print Preview option? If you use the print preview button, the scroll wheel does not automatically go to the next page. Do the Next Page buttons work (detect multiple pages)?

Yes, I'm using BC3 Printer output and printing to our printer using the latest version of BC3 (3.3.3). Print Preview only shows the first page, and as you said, the scroll wheel does not automatically go to the next page. The Next Page Arrows are faded.

I'm trying to print a session from Data Compare, and the only thing that's printing is the first page. How do get the entire comparison to print for the left and right files?
