Why does DC shows red indicating an important difference...

(Help: "A row with a light red background indicates an important difference somewhere on the line,")

... when I see no important difference?

    E.g.

    Thanks.

Please enable Visible Whitespace to see if there is an Important whitespace difference.

Visible Whitespace is already enabled - as apparent from the marker dot at each space character.

        Hello,

Right, sorry I missed that initially.

Do you have any hidden columns? If there is a hidden column with an important difference, the row will still have a red background.

        If not, please email:
-Your BCSupport.zip (Help menu -> Support; Export)
        -This pair of sample files
-A link to this forum thread
-A new screenshot if you use different sample files, showing the problem line pair.

Yes I did, and yes the hidden column does have an important difference. I'll take care to remember that hidden does not imply unimportant.

          Thanks again.
