    Hello,

You can use our Session Settings, Importance tab settings to define a grammar element as Unimportant.

We have a KB article here:
    http://www.scootersoftware.com/suppo..._unimportantv3

You could define a grammar element that is type Delimited, from <ID> to </ID>, then mark that element as Unimportant in the Session Setting Defaults (Home screen, in the Saved Sessions list, Edit session defaults folder, select Text Compare, and uncheck the element name).

Is that text within a defined Unimportant node structure? It appears to be part of a large "InReplayToID" grammar you defined (See bottom status bar), which, if unimportant would mark everything in it as Unimportant.

What grammar element did you define, and where does it appear in your file?

<SesNum> should not be ignored. It is an actual differance.

            Hello,

Would it be possible to email us at [email protected]m with a pair of sample files and your BCSupport.zip (Help menu -> Support dialog; Export)? This way, we can quickly reproduce the issue and see which configuration is currently causing this.

Give the screenshots, I assume that these nodes are within a larger parent node that is currently configured as Unimportant. If you click the blinking cursor into any text, the bottom status bar of the pane will show the current Grammar Element name the cursor is within.

If you email us, please include a link back to this forum post for our reference.
