Exportnew csv file only with difference rows

Our report outputs are either a .txt report or .html report, but we do not output directly as CSV. Our different layout options are in the Session menu -> Text Compare Report (or Table Compare Report if you are in the Table Compare). If you are performing this comparison manually, you can View the files in the Table Compare or Text Compare, set the Display Filter to show only different rows, then Select those lines and Copy, then Paste the differences into a new file.

If you are creating a report using scripting, then it would have to be one of our existing report layouts.

I compare 2 csv files, with 40000 products.
Several products change daily with stock and price. But the most products has no daily changing.

For update my webshop, i only need the changed products.

How can i export a new csv file, only with the rows that changed?
