9222 File Formats duplicate buttons

In case (as seems likely) it is unintentional, note that the Grammar Item dialog has two help buttons (Help and ?) performing the same command, and the File Formats dialog has two Save As... buttons performing the same command.

"Help" buttons only show up in a few dialogs like "Grammar Item". We put them there to provide an obvious way for beginners to find help with more complicated dialogs. There are plenty of users who don't know about the "?".

The 2 "Save As..." buttons in the "File Formats" dialog are enabled under different conditions.

I would vote for consistency as more helpful.

Indeed - I'vee never before encountered a Window app that uses ? for dialog help - all others use it for what-is help.

A single button would eliminate the need for that
