turn off tabs

a minute later found the "child sessions" options which solves this !

I have searched here but not found anything.....

Is there anyway to turn off the tabs for the text compare and get it to open in a new window again like in BC2 ?

Because at the moment I have my folder / files view relatively small and then have to now every time i am editing text expand the window just to edit.
Also I have now seen the message "Close multiple tabs" about 3000 times because i still instictivly click at the top....

There is a "Tabs" page in the Options dialog and in it you can switch whether BC opens new comparisons in a tab or a window.
