Comparing password protected PDF files

Is there a way to open a password protected pdf file in BC? .

I have a pdf file that is locked. It won't open unless you enter a password. When I try to open the file in BC, it comes up as blank.

Sorry, BC doesn't provide a way to open password protected PDF files.
