Michael is correct. As plain text files, result_2 looks like it already has part of the end missing. Please email example files to [email protected] and include your Support.zip (Help menu -> Support; Export).
Please also include a link back to this forum post.

For testing, go to the Tools menu -> File Formats, and disable any file formats you have associated with *.php. This way, you will use the default which will not run any External Conversions on your files.
