Text Comparison: Storing only the 'diff' between two files

Hello,

We do offer a couple of patch style report. Open a pair of files in the Text Compare and generate one in the Session menu -> Text Compare Report (or in the Folder Compare, select a pair(s) of files and use the Actions menu -> File Compare Report.

We do not currently have the ability to apply the patch later.

Hi,
Is there any way of storing only the "difference" between two files A and B as a patch "ABDiff.patch", and later applying this patch on a file C, using command line interface of Beyond Compare. ( Similar to linux diff and patch).
Any suggestions are highly welcome
