Where is the setting hiding?

I know I've used this setting before, but now I can't for the life of me find it.

I would like to have BC do "block select" when I move between differences such that if there are several consecutive lines with differences, they are all selected and ready to "copy left" or "copy right".

In Beyond Compare 3, the gutter shows the current Section of text. If the text is grouped together, the gutter arrow will also show the entire section that would be moved when clicked.

We then have two commands, Copy Left/Right or Copy Line Left/Right. If you use Copy Left, it will copy the entire section.
