Detail level of comparison

ExamDiff Pro has a setting "Detail level for difference identification", under the setting there are three options: Lines, Lines and words, and Lines and characters. I would like to see a similar feature implemented in Beyond Compare, where someone would be able to switch between comparison by character and comparison by word.
