Picture comparison still not working

Thanks, Rodolfo. We have not been able to update all of our picture libraries for BC4, and there are still some formats we don't currently support.

I see that picture comparison still does not work, at least for some files.
I saw a file with this issue in another thread, and I downloaded it, and now I see that it has not been fixed.
