Context Help (ie. ? in title bar) hasn't been setup correctly everywhere

For example, on Options dialog, clicking ? on Tweaks section brings up Help with "This page can't be displayed"

On Profiles dialog, clicking ? takes you to the root Profiles Help section, rather than the section for the current tab you are viewing (eg. Listings tab)

Thanks. We're still auditing and updating the Help. I'll make notes of these specific typos, and we'll get them fixed before we launch 4.0.
