Horizontal Scrollbar behavior on 4.0 18291

Which OS would you be running and in which Compare session type? Quickly checking through this seems to be working on Windows, but has the issue on OSX in the Text Compare.

This is not intended behavior.

If you click on a line (modified or not) that is longer, then the scroll bar does appear. But if you are on a shorter line, it seems to be hidden. We'll look into this.

I noticed that on build 18291, the horizontal scrollbar is not visible during compare unless you are in a modified line that is longer than the visible comparison area.

Is this intended? I didn't have this issue before in the earlier builds. I sometimes use the horizontal scrollbar on non-modified lines to check for things during code reviews.
