Compare multiple folders on different drives

I'd like to compare

X:\Folder1
X:\Folder2
X:\Folder3

with
Y:\Subfolder1
Y:\Subfolder2
Y:\Subfolder3

in 1 session

Is that possible?

Thanks for the suggestion and screenshots to help demonstrate how you'd like to use the application.

We do not currently support multiple folders to be loaded within a single side like this, but it is something on our wishlist (which, your original post is part of our notes). I'll add these screenshots and notes to it as well.

As a workaround, you could setup the application to point at the parent folder, load all the child folders, then set filters to only show the folders you want to compare.

Then, as a Pro feature, set the Session Settings -> Misc tab, Alignment Overrides to align a target on the left with a target on the right (or use Align With in the right click menu).
