Context Menu still BC3

I tried to enable BC4 during Setup and even again in Options -> Startup -> Explorer Intregation.

But after saving settings it's disabled again and the Explorer context menu is still BC3.

Even starting BC4 with elevated rights and then setting the setting did not help.

Changes to the Explorer context menu can only be done between reboots. If you restart your machine, does this allow the change to occur?

If not, go to BC3, launch and go to Options, and disable the Explorer Context menu in the Startup section. Restart. Then launch BC4 and enable the option here, then restart again. Does that kick it on?
