Can't drag files into BC4 from Window Explorer

I have both BC3 and BC4 installed on a Windows 7 PC. I can drag files & folders into BC3 for a new comparison, but not into BC4. What do I need to do to enable D&D into BC4 (it's fine if I lose the ability to drag to BC3 - I'm not using it much since I upgrade)?

Hello,

Drag and drop should work similarly to BC3, and allow more targets (like from MTP devices, etc). What type of device are you dragging from and where is your drop target (blank pane, file path, session type)?

From Windows Explorer and ClearCase Explorer. Must have been something transient on my system, since after not working yesterday, it's now working as expected. Probably a Microsoft feature I haven't run into before......
