Image registration

I am looking into your software to compare image files. Is it possible to compare two images that maybe slightly different alignment or orientation. Is it possible to have some sort of registartion marks to align the images before the compare. I want to use this as part os a QC process to see it the product matches design.

Beyond Compare's Picture Compare can compare image files with manual adjustments to offset them horizontally or vertically. It can also rotate images in 90 degree increments.

Beyond Compare can't automatically adjust for offset or rotation, it also doesn't support manual rotation in increments other than 90 degrees.
