How to display closed folder pairs containing orphans as unequal?

When one sees the folder pairs in that state, collapsed

one cannot recognize that they are containing orphans on both sides:

How could I make BC show the folder pairs as different?

    Hello,

The purple color of the folders indicates they contain only orphans. Our Display Filter: Show Differences will count this as a difference and show the folder/files, and other actions will treat Orphan status as a difference.

Our Folder Compare's View menu -> Legend might help show how folders inherit color status of the items within them.

      Hello Aaron!

Our Display Filter: Show Differences will count this as a difference and show the folder/files
Now I see, I had tried that, but I didn't recognize (because the folder color keeps staying the same) that BC only shows the folders with different (not the ones with the same content, if I am right) content.

How can I quickly copy the path (instead of the name):

Yes, I had found that Legend, thank you.

The Copy Filename command does copy the full path. It can be done on one or more files. If you paste, you should see the full list of file paths.
