Is there a way to do a compairison and get a file count?

I need to compare two servers, long story but the contents of the files don't match which is ok. What is important is making sure we have the same file count.

So is there a way to compare two folders and just get a file count without comparing the file sizes?

Hello,

Yes, BC4 aligns files by folder structure and file name. Any files that don't have a match on the other side (moved, renamed, or don't exist) are marked as Orphans. You can set the Display Filter to limit the view to only Orphans to find these files, with the assumption that there are no moved or renamed files.
