Compare by content on the same side?

Can on compare (by content) two folders or more on the same side?

On the first item: Right-click >> Compare To...
This results in a special question mark cursor.
Position the cursor over the second item and left-click.
A new compare session is created for the two items.

Is that what you're looking for?

Ah, yes, that is exactly what I am looking for, great. The files seem to be compared by content.

Compare To will launch a new tab comparing the selected folders. If you have the session configured to use a Content scan in the Session Settings, then the center column between files (not folders) will populate with the content scan results. If you check this column or the Session Setting dialog -> Comparison tab, you can confirm if a content scan is used.
