Touch scrolling

Version 4.1.8 fixed high-resolution scrolling with touchpads nicely. What still doesn't work is touch scrolling (with a touch screen). This is probably tough for a desktop application, and touch input may be ambiguous. But I believe that swiping the finger over the file view (and probably also folder view) should scroll instead of select. Selecting such tiny items requires more precise input than a finger, as would doing anything with that selection. Scrolling is much more common here and easy to do with a finger.

Thanks for the feedback. We don't support this touch screen scrolling at this time, but it's on our wishlist to investigate.
