Hello,

BC4 Pro supports 3-way Merging, with 3 inputs into a 4th output pane. You can trial our Pro features with the trial version of BC4, found here:
http://www.scootersoftware.com/download.php

The inputs are not editable, but are merged into an editable output pane. BC4 does not currently support a 3-way Compare session.
