How do I tell Beyond compare to just start the copy without prompting me?

I am trying to copy a a few TB of files form one drive to another. I have already selected the folders (all) and told it to copy them. ... THEN IT SCANS .... and a few hours later, there's a prompt where I need to click START. What's that about? How do I eliminate it?

You could try unchecking some of the boxes under Tools >> Options... >> File Operations >> Confirmations.

Test the changed settings on a smaller set of files, so you don't have to wait very long.
