Missing Line in Excel Compare

Hi,

There's probably a post all about this that I've no doubt missed, but I've done search and didn't see one. I've always just used BC for text files, but something came up and I wondered if it could do Excel too (or at least csv) and lo and behold it does both, what could be better.

However I think I'm doing something wrong as the first row is missing. Its only doing from row 2 down. Is there a setting that I've missed? I've did find the one about sorting columns .

Hello,

In the Format button (or Tools menu -> File Formats, MS Excel Workbooks format for Table Compare), in the Type tab there is a dropdown "First line contains: Detect" option. This is detecting the first row as the header (titles). You can override this to be Data with this dropdown.
