How can we compare a multi tab excel worksheet

How can we compare a multi tab excel worksheet and whether automating the process is possible.
Have been using Beyond compare from long time..but recently we have workbook having multiple sheets for comparison
Only becoz of this reason I am not able to use the Beyond compare tool as it does comparison of only first sheet >
please advice.

We have a KB article that goes into detail on BC4's current multi-sheet workarounds, here:

Configure this in the graphical interface first, and then set the defaults to apply either the Text or modified Table formats automatically. Test mostly in the graphical interface first, since scripting/automation offer no feedback or interface to investigate with.
