Hello,
Assuming they are MP3 files that can open in the MP3 Compare session type, you can customize the Rules-based scan in the Session Settings to not compare the tags (uncheck them) and leave the 'Data' content tag enabled that shows the size. This is actually a binary scan of 'everything else' that isn't a tag and not just a Size comparison.Aaron P Scooter Software -
Hello,
Well, music files, so mp3, flac, ape and such.
Compare session type, you can customize the Rules-based scan in the Session Settings to not compare the tags (uncheck them) and leave the 'Data' content tag enabled that shows the size.

In the Folder Compare, double click on a pair of MP3 files to open them in the MP3 Compare.
Click the Rules toolbar button (referee icon).
In the Importance tab, check items that should be compared.
Change the dropdown at the bottom of the dialog from Use for this view only to Use for all files within parent session or Update session defaults, then click OK.
Close the MP3 Compare.
Click the Rules toolbar button.
In the Comparison tab, check Compare Contents, then select Rules-based comparison.
