Show commit messages?

Beyond Compare is configured as the merge tool in Mercurial VCS client TortoiseHG, and TortoiseHG passes labels like `/lefttitle='$plabel1' /centertitle='$clabel' /righttitle='$plabel2'` to BC.

Is it possible to somehow expand these labels? For example to me the commit message would be helpful.
I guess TortoiseHG would have to provide it somehow. I opened a request for this at https://foss.heptapod.net/mercurial/.../-/issues/5795

Would Beyond Compare be able to display a larger message nicely in a helpful way?

Hello,

No, BC4 doesn't alter the size of the file path box, but if you hover over the text the tooltip would show the full text. This would probably be a separate argument or control which could accept parameters; I'll add it as an idea to our customer wishlist.
